A chore of a comedy, "Wheels of Fortune" does little with its story about a mechanic who finds himself on the cusp of wealth thanks to a potential inheritance. The cast is forgettable, the gags are routine, and the aforementioned story is dull. There are some glimmers of entertainment throughout, but the film altogether is a skippable slog.
